The change addresses a central challenge faced by the company in recent years: clearly structuring the relationship between the JFL Living and JFL Realty brands, while simultaneously preparing the group for a cycle of expansion and institutional maturity. The creation of JFL.inc serves as the response to this need, acting as the parent brand responsible for centralizing the business's culture, strategy, and development.
The term “.inc” was chosen for its dual meaning. On one hand, it refers to the idea of incorporation, and on the other, it connects directly to the activity of being incorporated, reinforcing the company’s core business as a real estate developer and operator. For the market, the company has chosen to strengthen JFL as its commercial brand, increasing its visibility and reinforcing its pioneering role in the country's multifamily segment.
Operations will now be presented through two complementary fronts, organized by descriptors that simplify portfolio understanding: JFL to Stay, focused on multifamily residential rentals, and JFL to Buy, dedicated to the sale of residential units.
In this way, the brand explicitly embraces attributes such as practicality—related to services that eliminate everyday friction, such as daily housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast, giving time and ease back to residents' routines—and dedication, which manifests in the care perceived in day-to-day life, transforming the living experience into something more meaningful and memorable.
This balance between functionality and experience is translated into the brand’s core concept: Time to Live (Tempo de viver).
